>>4226788i don't use that scale but that makes sense. maybe it's just me but i think the people clamoring for rf want the mechanical part more than the actual focus system. at least i can speak for myself and possibly other streetfriends here - the thing i'm most interested in is a system that can quickly be zone focused by feel. if we're talking mechanical lenses, there's the bonus that zone and aperture can be set before the camera is even turned on. from what i've gathered, rangefinder systems have this quality most often, but the focus mechanism per se is incidental
