>>4268708you can also map one of the command wheels to exp comp. in aperture priority mode it's the back wheel and in shutter prio it's the front wheel that gets used for exp comp. way more comfy than holding that small exp comp button down
if you don't like that you can set custom function f6 to ON so you don't have to hold the exp comp button down all the time.
nikon ergonomics out of the box are great but you can customize them to make a godmode camera
