>>3889855I gave you more details on the other thread you made but essentially you'll be better off with the APS-C as long as it's at least 24MP. You'll have to do x2 scaling to match size, but with a good lens it will provide much better results. This shot you posted looks a lot better than the ones I saw on flickr, though.
If the Nikon 70-300mm VR AF-P f/4.5-6.3 DX ED is within your budget and you get it you'll be golden. But make sure the camera is a D3300 or newer, it doesn't work with a D3200.
Pic related was taken with a D3300+70-300mm AF-P at 300mm. The guy was obviously closer, but you can see the image has richer detail despite being an ISO 1600 image.
