>>4285943Most Soviet lenses were made by the shit tonne with varying QA so the answer is really just a good example of any of their given lenses, made for export ones with Latin lettering were considered better made and certain factories like KMZ and Kiev Arsenal were considered better at their jobs than others.
Alternatively their earliest post war lenses used the remaining glass from the Zeiss Dresden factory they looted so rather than being close clones slightly reformulated for lesser sand it was literally just finished Nazi lenses with a different trim ring and mount. The answer then is whatever bronze lenses with silver finishes they were making for the Kiev/Fed/Zorkis in the early 50s as they likely had that good Lanthanum glass in them.
Alternatively some of the last lenses made there in the 90s such as Helios 123 (aka Arsat-H), which was a clone of a Nikon f1. 4 prime. They are decent but not really worth considering when the original is still affordable to mortals unlike the L39 Nazi glass the earlier soviet designs were based on.
