in terms of sony camera settings? same as any other brand, this is exposure basics stuff. you increase exposure by
* opening the aperture (lower f number)
* increasing the ISO
* lowering shutter speed
and if you're in an automatic mode, you can use exposure compensation to adjust exposure.
right now, looking at your settings, you've got exposure compensation set to -0.7 EV, so if you have auto ISO enabled, even though you're in manual mode, your camera is going to choose an ISO 2/3 stop below what it would normally.
