>>4277711yes. the best bang for your buck currently is an canon pro 200. yes, it has dye ink instead of pigment BUT you probably want dye ink anyway. you don't need to print every 5 days so the nozzles won't clog up. the inks are less expensive. and you don't scratch your prints that easily. with pigment you can just scratch off the ink from the dried print by accident.
everyone on the forums is like OMG U NEED PIGMENT but that's like the retarded m43 discussion where tech chart reading pixel peeping schizos argue about charts and test shots.
take your 5 favorite photos. print them on dye and then on pigment and compare. if you really want pigment shell out for the canon pro 1000 (the pro 300 is too expensive for what it is. and the inks on the 1000 cost you less as the cartridges hold more ink).
