>>3947265So not to bother with the M645, then? Probably for the better. My use case for tilt/shift was to get more foreground in focus for wide shots, but the widest lens, 35mm, isn't wide at all when cropped to APS-C.
If I decide I absolutely need to shoot 70-200mm f/2.8 on the Fuji I'll get an EOS and make it my main tele zoom for both systems. If not I will probably look into earlier generation SLRs like the Pentax ME Super. I like that it's aperture priority, since that fits better my shooting style than shutter priority. Any other aperture priority cameras of that era? Olympus ME-2/4? What 35mm SLRs to avoid?
Also a neat thing to do would be to get fast primes for the film camera and use them as manual lenses with the Fuji, I see there are X-mount adapters for most older mounts. I'll probably mostly shoot native Fuji zooms, and whenever I need wider apertures I can live with manual focus and aperture.
