Even if you downscale to 8mp and apply default NR+sharpening it doesn't go away. The SNR says one thing, but how you perceive the photo is something else. The SNR computes detail, and the downscaled a7rv is more detailed, so it has more signal. But to the human eye, it is still grainy as fuck.
If ACR didn't have such bad support for fuji files and oversharpen them to death by default, I bet the xh2s would look as good as the a7rv here.
