that is way too slow for basically anything normally photographed at 800mm except the moon.
the idea of bringing it into noise arguments is absolutely retarded because you are saying pic related is a magic stick that turns any camera into a low light beast. oh but actually what about base ISOs? the base ISO on m43 has the DR of ISO 400 on full frame and the common base ISO of 100 on full frame has the DR of ISO 200 on medium format...

"comparing raws" is just one way to compare cameras and a lot of manufacturers have noise reduction and exposure stacking in camera, sometimes automatic, sometimes without giving you a choice. Any camera can stack exposures to reduce noise as long as the desired exposure time is at least half of its maximum shooting speed and call it the same exposure!
