Most of the eBay Soviet cams haven't been actually CLA'd and the slow shutter speeds usually aren't accurate especially on the older models like the FED-2 and Zorki 4k the lubrication the Soviets used by now has turned to molasses in January in winter of Moscow. OP did good by spending the money for a film-tested model, OP did you get that from Fedka?
