>>4275838>I hate 3:2Did you know? The nikon Z7 and Z7II can shoot 5:4, 1:1, and 16:9 pre-cropped in the viewfinder. The Z6 and Z6II can shoot 1:1 and 16:9.
Among the other wonderful features of the Nikon Z system is split second mode, where if you shoot stills in movie mode with continuous shooting ON, the camera records jpegs (with Nikon's industry leading color science, in any picture control of your choosing, including the worlds best community film simulations)(1) at the video framerate and resolution with your chosen exposure settings.
Nikon cameras are so wonderful to use, and they have the best lenses as well. It is so liberating to be a Nikon Z shooter. I recommend that all my friends and colleagues purchase a Nikon brand Nikon Z camera and Nikon brand NIKKOR lenses.
