>>4275738Your scans are always well done, man
I also generally like your photos
>>4275377 this is one of the few car photos I truly like, wanted to tell you thatAnd even though I don't like the white borders (from the tray, I suppose), it does make them identifiable among thumbnails
What setup do you use for scanning?
>>4275727My lab does camera scanning as well as 'dedicated scan' scanning, and to be quite honest I prefer the DSLR scans over the Noritsu ones
I don't remember which specific model the Noritsu is, but remember we're talking about 20+ years old technology
Every one of those scans we talk about are old technology
Albeit having seen truly great Noritsu scans, I think people glorify dedicated scanners (and more prominently Noritsu) purely based on fetishism
So try first of all, get your negatives scanned by your DSLR and see how you like them
If you're still in doubt, send the same negatives to be scanned by a lab with a Noritsu / fucking whatever and see which one serves you best
Also sometimes I like the to experiment with the sprockets using 35mm film on 120 cameras, and sometimes the rest of the strip goes well as a frame (like in picrel, I think)
Which's also not possible to have with a dedicated scanner
And you'll probably have to have another scanner if you mess with medium format or stuff like that
