I have no problem paying more for my lenses than for my bodies. Olympus has 1500$ lenses and so does fujifilm and pretty much every other manufacturer. Every manufacturer has high end lenses except that sony can't get away with too many crappy lenses because the sensor will show how bad they are.
I don't even own any sony camera equipment but everyone knows that good lenses is where you should really put your money into.
