>>4172000Cheers, it's fun. You can see why my dimensions had a limit... my babby setup at home. I have a bigger press without rails but it's for high speed drilling not tapping, while this has more low end torque and speed control.
These are the bearings I'm going with... of course I blurred my fingerprints, kek. Normally these would be overkill but I want to add mass wherever I can. Just cheap needle bearings from Ebay and I machined the housings for them. Not stainless though, I couldn't find enough. Just mild steel but they'll look nice polished up in the end. I'll be coping them (kek) to the barrel so they make full contact for heat transfer and they'll attach with a collar.
