What is /p/'s go-to noise reduction software/plugin? I've always just gone without it and instead tried to always grab pics at low ISO, but sometimes it just doesn't work out because things move and you have to take shorter exposures.

Anyway a free trial caught my eye and I tried it on the hardest thing I have - starry night with lots of noise. I'm pretty impressed, but this one costs $80 and only works standalone. I think it looks great but need some other opinions, I know nothing about what's out there.

Btw I develop in Aperture, not Photoshop or Lightroom. Most plugins work in Aperture but not all.
