I'm looking at buying a Pentax 67 as my first medium format camera, an upgrade from the Pentax ME Super I've been shooting for years.

I'm tossing up between the 67 and the 67ii. The 67 seems like a very dependable model that does just about everything you could want. The 67ii is all that plus better metering and the ability to take multiple exposures, from what I've read. I like the idea of getting the top of the line 67ii, but some people have said the electronics can give out and replacements/repairs are very difficult. Apparently the 67 doesn't have this problem, as it's more mechanical.

Does anyone have any experience with the different models? Also any buying tips or just overall experiences with the camera would be great. Thanks /p/
