Sure, photography isn't always meant to convey a sterile realistic image, but at very least it should convey how the photographer saw it. You can be amazed by magnificent orange-purple-blue magic hour lighting, shoot it and get a bland image. You'll be completely right to saturate the shit out of it until it looks to you like you saw it yourself. Despite all rockwellery, that will be a believable image, which shows things like the photographer saw them, but hue shift? Pointless a(r/u)tistic masturbation, meant only to impress the viewer with zero effort quirky colors. Making grass pink requires no skill nor talent and has no sense attached to it.
