Pictureframes.com is a good online source, but probably more expensive than going to a local place.
You're also going to need a 4ply matte board with window cut, 4ply matte board backer, and 1/8" foam core backer. Id recommend you use a wood frame so you can use a point driver. You'll also need glass, I'd recommend museum glass, but normal glass is fine.
