If your needs has outgrown your camera, you should buy a new body rather than relying on another piece of software in the editing chain. But if you're really strapped for cash I could see why it'd be appealing.
To be honest though, I prefer the noisy image. The denoised one looks mushy and the softness of the high iso is masked/justified by the chroma noise, removing it just makes it look inexplicably bad.
