I may be missing something as I'm relatively new to this, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive 'No' as to whether or not you can remove the IR filter on the DJI drones, or more specifically the Mini 3 for better night time performance, like the Sionyx Aurora (as shitty as it is.)

I've seen filters that add IR reflectivity, but they don't specify if they just reflect a wider spectrum of IR, or if the camera is already unfiltered and it adds it to begin with.
