>>4251040>>DR affects 1% of photos>Huge difference for me when I got modern DR when I made the switch to FF in 2015, Then you were fucking up your exposures, plain and simple. Even Canon's old apsc sensors could handle anything without sun-in-frame, in a single exposure, if you knew how to ETTR. With sun in frame and shadowed foreground they required two exposures if you wanted to open the foreground, but anything else was good.
>The 645D is more expensive used than better cameras and lenses new. And this is where you fucked up earlier. Better by what metric? DR? Someone looking at a 645D doesn't give a shit about that, they're after the sharpness and resolution, and probably also want compatibility with Pentax 645 lenses. If they're shooting landscapes they can blend exposures for more DR than any camera. If they're shooting fashion the 645D has more than enough DR.
>It's an advantage for posting 200% cropsIt's an advantage for anyone making large prints.
>You don't speak for everyone for all of them, LOL name a professional high end fashion photographer using 24mp apsc, as well as the magazines or catalogs their shots have been published in.
>you're not only projecting Wut?
>but making the argument people should be sheep and follow a made up standard set by your imagination of what fashion should beIt's not a made up standard, that industry demands a certain level of IQ (sharpness and resolution) and that's that.
>I don't care. It is far more than enough in terms of sharpness. For you. It's hilarious that you accused me of trying to speak for fashion photographers when you are literally trying to speak for every photographer ever when you insist that no one should ever look at a 645D over some apsc camera because you think your view of what's important is the only view.
