>>4247414>>4247424>>4247431I'm sorry random person on the internet. I would like to deeply apologize about earning more money this month, than you did this entire year. I'm sorry that you're one of the few people that dislike and hate my art, my visual expressions and everything I stand for. I'm sorry that you think everything you do, about me, all because I'm done with consumer grade companies and will be getting a Hasselblad camera, and because you dislike my art.
Cargo cult? What cult?!
Steve McCurry? Steve who?!
If you want to talk about cargo cults, then you, people such as yourself and your consumer grade companies that I will try to no longer be apart of, are the best and most perfect example of a cargo cult and its following. Oh and let's not forget our lord and savior, the unrivaled, the best artist to ever walk the Earth, legendary Steve McCurry! Leica? Apple? Now that's an even better representation of a cargo cult. Why am I mentioning this? Because your beloved McCurry, owns multiple medium format cameras from cargo cult companies such as Leica, own over half a million € in photographic cargo cult equipment (even though he's nothing but a journalist,) and primarily uses a €6,000 cargo cult camera, along with three of his most used cargo cult lenses, which are the €5,500 24-90mm, a €6,500 16-35mm and, of course, the €7,000 90-280mm.
On another note, I don't remember McCurry ever being an artist. I don't remember him being famous for his art - or work, for that matter - before his overrepresented and artificially blown-up ''Afghan Girl'' photo. I also don't remember him, ever, being praised for his art or work, by photographers all over the world, like photographers I look up to have been and still are. Additionally, McCurry has been a member of the Jewish-Zionist run, Magnum photo cult since the early 80's, so why bring him up in the first place? (Oh and please keep your replies to a minimum, I don't have time to be here 24/7.)
