My first vintage lens was a pentacon 50mm f1.8. £20. I only bought it because I was worried about taking my brand new Sony 50mm to a gig and getting it covered with beer. I was amazed that it wasn't that much worse than the Sony.

Yeah, and their lenses are pretty good too.
Except the Pentacon Six. That thing is a glass cannon but I still love mine.
