What Fujifilm website do you upload to for prints? Do you mean like the Fujifilm Kiosk app? Because those are literally just Walmart prints, and about what I'd expect. A lot of phones / apps resize images on export/upload, so that's possibly what's going on too.
However, assuming this is from Fujifilm Prints & Gifts online, it's probably the auto correction that is left on by default. Click on the picture, Effect, With (or Without) Correction. Picrel is a screen cap of the preview of my image with and without correction. Not the actual image, nor print, but you can still see how much difference it makes.
A lot of more basic consumer-oriented print labs will have that on default, where as most dedicated labs will not. Used to work at actual photo lab, so saw all kinds of print quality issues.
