I lived most my life not taking photos due to having self image issues + not knowing how to take a photo with a phone. Years passed with a traumatic health incident + recovery + therapy and I realized that I spent most of my life with 0 proof I had a youth, let alone existed + I chose to think like this (thinking I’m unattractive). I have nothing to pass on to my family or future kids if I have any. I want to change that.

Can any kind souls tell me how or link to me a resource that teaches me how to take top tier photos on my phone like the rest of my zoomer peers? I have 2 phones, a old iPhone 7 and a brand new Samsung.
