Literally any camera with a moderately fast lens and a flash. It's just high ISO for grain with a wide enough aperture to form bokeh balls out of the snow.

IF you want the orange date in the corner you can use a Nikon Coolpix s3300 like pic relatet but when you just want the dreamines use a old camera with flash on. You can manually triger the over exposer by the subjekt or you can confuse the camera with using the flash wrong.

just resize the image in photoshop. add some noise or blur or whatever? are you creatively bankrupt? do you need the camera to do everything for you? god forbid you have any input in any image you make. just gotta follow trends right down to the exact camera used. what a life to live.

personally, I would recommend two gfx-100s cameras. Using 3d software, and artificial intelligence (machine learning) you can achieve that 3d pop look
