Full frame cameras offer better low light performance, which will be important for photos of interiors. Even very well lit interiors are actually very dark. You may eventually want to get a tripod or monopod for longer exposures, and/or a flash, along with accessories like an umbrella, flash stand.
You don't need to overthink this, just get a good brand that's full frame and a decent lens. Here's a budget option that'll get you excellent results (prices in USD, "studying abroad" makes me think you're overseas but who knows):
- Nikon D700, used on ebay for $300 USD
- Nikon 17-35mm AF-S, about $300 USD
It's not lightweight and doesn't have new features like IBIS, but it'll work for you for a very long time and delivery professional results. If you want something more future proof you could get a Z mount camera.
