wouldn't use projector lenses desu. they're built so the light goes out of them - not into them. could damage the sensor imho

I saw some swedish boomer using projector lens with graflex large format SLR. The results were extremely crappy but of course with film it's only a plus.

This one guy is selling like 15 of these on eBay between $1500-3000 range. It's insane. There's another guy on YouTube with about 15k views on his vid and he was shillings his website where they sell them already adapted like this for upwards of $4k usd. I recently bought a $200 no name projector lens off eBay and it took another $100 to adapt it. Very interesting shit

See the OP image. Effects are dreamy and focal lengths are massive and they're very fast. Just a huge pain in the ass to adapt to your body. Hence people selling them for like $3k on ebay etc. It's like $2,000 upcharge just to make it fit into your sensor

Isco Ultra MC 95mm F2 on ebay is around 225eur

Well said but you're going to want 115mm+ with these lenses. But I don't have medium format. Don't forget that you have to get your own adapter to fit the helicoid on the actual body + you have to make the lens fit into the helicoid. Huge pain in the ass. The 100+mm versions of this are going for like $700 cheapest

Light is light. Projector optics work ok as a taking lens. Some are even better than just ok.

This is around 560mm and f3.6, covers 8x10 easily.

That slr with the leiz is fitted with a cambo graflok-back so it accepts modern film holders.

SLR is easier and faster, but misses all the movements and focal plane tricks.
