So, I have this issue where I think my photos look like garbage (they do). But I'm pixel peeping and evaluating them at 1:1 when they are 45mp photos. How soft is okay for Facebook or insta?

Barely soft. Barely, barely. Like 1px blur. I can see most focus misses, motion blur, and excess noise even in 2000x1500 resizes.

You can’t resize and unsharp mask your problems away. You can only make them slightly less ugly. Git good and you won’t have a problem.
