1/60s is way too slow for concert shots in difficult light situations such as this one. 1/125 is my personal minimum, even with a 35mm eq. lens
also, dont capture musicians tuning up or doing fuck all, ruins whatever energy they perform with
for smaller venues like this - get a shorter lens with a wider aperture, get closer, dont be afraid to push the pictures in post (grain is better than an underexposed blurred shot) and try to get more shots without major distractions (instruments/ other band members weirdly cropped/popping out from other members)
using a flash is - at least in more "punky" scene - pretty accepted, it will help you to get better light/contrast/separation/whatever
