>>4426116This shot is where some of the editing is hurting you. It’s obvious that the clouds were highlight clipped and you’ve dragged the exposure down, so you’ve got this big gray blob in the center. Also the white balance is just way off on these, everything has this sickly green cast. It just looks noticeably weird and uncanny. The sunset photos can kind of get away with, but mid day clouds are never going to be a green and grey. The location is beautiful, so just let it be what it is and rethink your editing on this, it’s distracting.
>>4426108Here again we have green grey clouds when right below them you have more properly exposed clouds. Looks like you used a gradient mask and only got the clouds above the mountain top. Clouds are white, let them be white and remove that mask (if you did). Just let the sky be the sky and white clouds be white clouds. Using masks should be subtle, here it looks extreme and distractingly unnatural.
There’s obviously no right or wrong edit to make, but the editing here is really adding a lot of weirdness to otherwise very easy to photograph scenes. It’s a landscape where everything is well lit on a sunny day, why do all of this extra stuff?
