Going to Turkey for a transplant is not the same thing as having naturally growing hair.
What you mean by "reverse it" is really "now you can get kind of cover it up to the point of looking decent".
The question is, how far down this road are you willing to go as a man? You'd probably look better if you dyed the gray out as well. And maybe some make-up to cover up those wrinkles around your eyes. Maybe a little botox to make your face look less droopy, a bit of lip filler because your lips are thinning as you age, and then suddenly you look like a monster.
When I see a guy with a hair transplant, I think "Here's a guy who's 50 years old and is still trying to be cool like he's in high school." Cena is based -- you'll understand when you're older.
