That's the kinda of money that outside of just the wrestling deal Tony offers. Like who are you after 8 years of working in AEW and compare that to 8 years of working in WWE to the almost normie fans. Individual skills, connections and success matters of course but I don't see another Cena coming from AEW any time soon.
