Today has been two months since I started living in America.
There were so many things that I wasn't used to, so I feel like the time passed quickly.
Matches are now being scheduled every week, and I am busy every day.
everyone
``What do you usually do? ”
``What do you eat in America? ”
Are you curious about that?
(By the way, before I came to America, I couldn't imagine thinking, ``What should I eat to survive in America?!'')
I basically cook my own meals!
Rice cookers are sold in America, and you can buy rice of the same quality as in Japan.
So you can eat white rice normally.
Vegetables may look a little different than in Japan, but you can get them to some extent.
There are many vegetables that are quite large, such as cucumbers and green peppers. lol
You can also get some seasonings at Asian markets.
The prices are high, and many of the items are past their expiration dates, lol.
When I try to eat Japanese food out, it's very expensive, and the taste often doesn't taste quite right, so I cook my own meals and maintain a similar eating habits as in Japan.
I often make stew dishes that use meat, such as curry, gyudon, pork soup, and oyakodon.
I make a lot of food in bulk and freeze it to eat, but when I'm pressed for time, I sometimes have to buy food outside and eat it.
America doesn't have as many convenience store foods as Japan does, but when I come to America I think, ``I want to try this in Japan too!'' This is what I fell in love with so much.
