Losing due to double ref knockouts and illogical drama was so stupid it soured the match and story for me. Roman pins him clean, Sami gets some good spots where he gets close and rattles Roman and it's a competitive match that shows Sami is not just a joke. Then if they want, they can build Sami up using this match as the start of his shonen training arc. Plus, having Roman win cleanly and decisively in his last match before Mania builds the Mania match and builds Cody when he wins. It's just more interesting in having Sami be the guy who couldn't do it, and Roman being as good as he claims to be. I don't get why Roman never just wins cleanly to make him seem as dominant as the character projects. They didn't need to protect Sami so hard.
