Even Reigns has tons of fans because the Tribal Chief gimmick is good and he looks like a million bucks. People want to cheer for these people, they're not true heels. A heel is someone you want to jump the barricade to smack in the mouth. Most faces are talentless hacks with no depth or edge with the exception of Punk. Triple Paul is incapable of making a clear divide between heels and faces, all the heels are tweeners. He even had a heel cash in MITB on another heel, both got cheered, both have fans. None of it makes sense.
