what is it that makes AEW have 20 backstages fights/drama in general per 3 hours when compared with to WWE who has 1-3 in a year?

Vince micromanaged to the point if you blinked out of turn your ass was getting told about it when you stepped backstage. HHH probably isn’t that controlling but still expects a high level of professionalism. In comparison, Tony Khan’s roster do whatever they want because no one respects him.

Cody is the only one who understood that AEW is the minor leagues and did everything he could to improve the perception of the company, in terms of presentation and professionalism. People like Moxley, Omega and the Bucks are much better suited to being big fish in a small pond, where there's no one credible or competent to answer to.
