What happened to all the people clamoring for a wrestler's union around the time AEW was forming? Did they give up or decide a union was no longer needed?

A wrestler's union is a good idea for jobbers in theory, but with the kind of sleeze that orbits wrestling it would immediately be insanely corrupt and would probably kill the business.

A union with boiler plate contracts and equalized pay would kill all that. No matter what Jericho/Ambrose say, they do NOT give AF about the little guy.
