The ERPers started to stat pad and do all sorts of other dubious shit to give themselves an edge over everyone else and then accused the other side of shenanigans when they stat padded in turn to keep up.
Eventually the leader of the wholesome faction, who was the reigning champion, was driven off by the ERPers.
I'm convinced janny lost all willingness to defend the threads when the ERPers more or less assumed total control.
It was fun while it lasted though, and I'm convinced a non waifu based e-fed could work on /pw/.
