Why doesn't Vince move Raw or Smackdown to Wednesday to permanently kill off AEW?

They did that with NXT effectively limiting AEW's growth while it was new, and now they're permanently stuck with a cap of 900〜k viewers no matter what.
Vince rewarded HHH with basically taking over the company as a result.
