Cody kind of did the Raw after mania, though he qualified it with "I should have been better" and then immediately forgot about it when Brock attacked him that night.
WWE don't like their faces to complain about being cheated, because a) it reminds people that Roman is not in "GOD MODE", and b) they think it makes their faces look whiny and less heroic. LA Knight, whose whole character is being a shit-talker, and whose character has barely changed from when he was a heel, has the freedom to actually make those complaints without it affecting him.
