Is Booker T the only memorable black wrestler? I've been thinking about this for a while (I'm black btw), and I noticed that maybe besides the New Day, there isn't really any "good" black wrestling characters. From professional to the indies, all of them seem to be very boring. I don't get the hype behind Carmelo or the black guy with dreads in NXT right now, either.

And no, The Rock is not black. He's half black and is far more somoan than anything. I guess R. Truth, but he's such a joke, he's not even worthy of putting on a pedestal.

Is it a booking thing or is most black wrestlers just lacking creativity? I know white wrestlers can be bland, too, but it seems far more prominent among black wrestlers since there's not many of them.
