I've tried to give AEW so many chances to impress me, but every time I see one of this guy's matches I have to turn it off.

At the beginning I thought OC would be awesome as this hilarious comedy character. Did not anticipate that Tony would have a raging boner for this 90lb Ryan Gosling look alike and try to shove him down everyone’s throats as a serious championship level talent for as long as he has. There are so many other young guys on the roster that deserve the push that Tony has tried to give OC.

I think about Hook and just baka at how AEW has squandered literally all the young talent they’ve had. Nobody has even met their potential halfway. All 4 pillars minus MJF are fucking busts. MJF was doing company-sinking shit show work as a babyface before he was out (although imo he can bounce back at least)

I'm not sure I was into his run after he became a serious matches guy. The first Moxley bloodbath match was good but he had a lot of samey title defenses and really cut back on the stuff that got the gimmick over. He turned into basically 1997 Dean Malenko except better on the mic

Yes. Being able to do kip-ups and arm drags takedowns with his hands in his pockets is impressive as fuck. And the ring psychology of his matches are entirely unique. He's unironically the closest thing to Hulk Hogan in the business today.

I've seen all of the Hulksters matches in WWE and WCW, and some from TNA, Japan and the territories.OC is the closest thing to Hulk Hogan in wrestling today, and you can just die mad about it.
