It’s partly just the fact they started in 2019 when the industry has one of the weakest talent pools of all time. But with Khan money they could have spent a year or two developing key talent so they weren’t a complete shit show when they started. But Tony thinks wrestlers are born perfect and don’t need to train or gain experience.
