CM Punk “has tried to block tonight’s footage from being released”

No.14178345 View ViewReplyOriginalReport
Per Haus of Wrestling:
>Since Sunday, Punk has unsuccessfully tried to stop the Bucks from releasing that All In footage. He reached out to Jerry McDevitt first, but McDevitt confirmed that Punk broke the NDA and he didn’t have a case. Punk then asked his personal lawyer, Harry Balzanga, who said the same. Punk then hired a 3rd lawyer, Melanie Stuttman, who tried and failed to get the video blocked.
>Punk fired Stuttman yesterday after she admitted she thought he didn’t have a case. Stuttman was apparently not a wrestling fan and didn’t understand the complexities of the case, which is why she tried to block the footage in the first place. She was under the impression it was a recreation of a real fight, something that slipped into libel and slander territory.
>Punk, as of this writing, is still trying to get the footage blocked. One person close to the Punk camp says he’s been isolated and angry since the news dropped and has been listening to My Chemical Romance on a loop after drawing the blinds in his house.
