Shotzi and Sonya weren't fired WWE just let their contracts run out so they could start working right away. Technically Dakota could work a show, but then WWE would stop paying her. When a wrestler gets "released" from the WWE they are still under contract and are still getting paid by the WWE for 90 days if they are main roster and 30 days if they are NXT
