>MAI has had long admiration for GIULIA since before she joined #STARDOM. After she joined #DDM, MAI meets w/ GIULIA at the dojo whenever she's available for a 1-on-1 training sessions, which are always hard & sometimes last for 8 hours.
>GIULIA: Our training sessions include tough exercise to increase pain tolerance, like doing sit-ups while getting punched in the abs & taking many elbow strikes or slams after getting tired because I think it's important & I wish I had had more of such training in the past.
>MAI: Training w/ GIULIA is tough but never makes me want to quit it because I know it will make me stronger.
>GIULIA: You can call me MAI's shishou (master). I've been drilling my "G" philosophy into her head. MAI is my 1st pupil, so I feel motivated & responsible for her.
>After training sessions, MAI & GIULIA always go to a yakiniku (Japanese BBQ) restaurant together & enjoy discussing pro-wrestling. MAI's favorite bui (cut) of beef is tan (tongue) while GIULIA's is harami (skirt steak).
