He's one of the big three of NOAH and he's basically Marufuji's right hand man lately in terms of backstage stuff. I don't see Nakajima going anywhere now. Few years ago he was apparently going to jump to NJPW but changed his mind and honestly I'm glad he did.

Marufuji and Nakajima are about to go on a recruiting tour in the US soon. Realistically NOAH will probably struggle to beat NJPW to some key names but I also think they'll find some overlooked guys that might do well.
