It’s honestly sad, seeing him relegated to XPW, because Rob is one of the few promoters with the balls to book Drake, after that smarmy little piece of shit Janela got him blacklisted along with that greasy creep Bixenspan. All just because of his political beliefs, after cleaning his life up from being a meth addict. Everyone loved Drake until 2020, so many different wrestlers put him over for his talent, and the fact he was just a genuinely nice guy. He deserves so much better. For what it’s worth Moxley put Drake over in his book, and on multiple podcasts for being the guy that helped revitalize him on the indies after he was thinking about quitting.

Hammerstein was a venue in NYC that ECW used to run. I think the ppv was called the Wrld on GCW. The show was a giant clusterfuck, really exposed GCW. A lot of botches, bad comedy, fucked up match lengths, and no deathmatches or blood to cover up GCW’s weak points. Also Lauderdale jobbed out his homegrown people to tv wrestlers, the crowd was dead for pretty much everything, except for the Nick Gage surprise return, which only lasted six minutes in a match against the Briscoes.

i dont see that hes done anything to fuck with them at all. Danny is obviously upset because Rob made semi-exclusive contracts with Shlak, Masada and Necro. It just states that they wont work for other deathmatch promotions in southern california. Outside that one area, they can still work wherever they want including ICW and GCW.
