You can post a picture where their demo goes down by 2% and I can post one where their demo goes up 2% (or even greater). We can conclude they have no overall effect on the ratings. If the average noise per quarter is greater than 2% then we can conclude they have no overall effect on the ratings. You need to do so much work to actually be able to claim that they are a net negative on TV ratings and you don't even begin to meet that threshold.

If anything it's more likely Tony called the finish for DoN and that pissed Hangman off enough to get shooty in his promo. of course the pussy wouldn't commit to the bit so he kind of half-shot and then tried to say he was a good guy who wouldn't do something like that, which makes him a stupid bitch. Hangman's title run from November to the Punk feud was heatless and that was in spite of AmDrag giving him the biggest possible start to his run. Hangman didn't carry himself like a world champion and he wasn't featured like one, either. I imagine Tony not committing to Hangman is a piece of all this that nobody wants to talk about.

At the time fans guessed the Summer of Punk would lead to a double turn with MJF at All Out where MJF would win the title. and with how things went with MJF's story that summer, I think that makes more sense than this idea that Punk big-leagued Hangman.
